STEM4MATH is a European Erasmus KA2 project. It stimulates the use of an integrated STEM methodology in order to teach more difficult and abstract mathematical concepts in primary education.
There is a need to improve the quality of education in mathematics in primary school settings. Within this European project, an integrated STEM methodology is developed. This STEM4MATH methodology is illustrated with good practices, which are designed in order to support primary school teachers.
The main objective of the project is stimulating more integrated education in STEM, in which difficult and abstract mathematical concepts are tackled within an authentic context.
